4 Post workout mistakes you commit
It is good that you exercise regularly, but not many are aware of their activities post exercise. Here are a few mistakes that you commit immediately after an exercise session.
1. Overeat – After a good session of exercise, the body not just loses fat but also loses essential nutrients which have to be replaced. But Some of us tend to overeat. When you are eating post exercise, you must eat as of you have never exercised at all.
2. Resting – Though rest is essential for the body after exercise, one has to make sure that you also remain active so that your joints do not get cramped and second you will continue to burn more calories even after the session completes.
3. Stretching – After exercising, it is essential to stretch out so as to maintain the health of the joints. Having healthy muscles and joints prevents injury during exercise.
4. Plan next session – It is essential to plan the next exercise session after you have completed one. When you finish a session, you tend to take it lightly but the fact is that it is equally essential to plan the next exercise session so as to maintain the health of the muscles and joints.
