4. Cauliflower – Cauliflower is one of the most yummy veggie which is also easily available everywhere. There are plenty of recipes available online. If you do not like it raw, it can also be mashed like potatoes.
5. Chickpeas – Chickpeas is one of the tasty and must haves in every dieter’s pantry. They are stuffed with proteins and also contains some fibre.
