3 Foods to be avoided to reduce body fat
Excess body fat is no rocket science and is simply due to intake of excessive calories than the body actually needs. Excess fat can also be a result of wrong food or too much of food too often. Here are a few foods that must be avoided in order to reduce excess fat.
1. Food containing fat – There are foods that contain saturated as well as non saturated fat. Consuming too much of the wrong fats can contribute to excess fat. Dairy products, vegetable oils and meats contain saturated fat and must not take up more than 10% of the total calorie intake every day.Remember that the body needs some fat to digest food and absorb vitamins and minerals. But too much of fat eventually gets stored.
2. Food containing sugar and sweeteners – Any food that has sweet content or has artificial sweeteners cause the blood sugar levels to rise. Our body tends to respond quickly to such forms of energy and anything that it cannot use gets stored as fat. Sugar can easily get converted in to fat and makes it simple for the body to store fat.
3. Food containing processed carbs and starches – There are certain kinds of starches and carbohydrates that affect the body in the similar way the sugar does. Make sure that you avoid such refined carbohydrates like white flour, white potatoes and white rice. On the other hand you can use brown rice, sweet potatoes and whole grains.
